Yeast dough is not to be feared!
Learn the basics of sweet yeast dough by making it from scratch along with nut, cheese and poppy fillings. You'll make danish, pinwheels, russian tea biscuits, sticky buns, pecan rolls, nut and poppy rolls. All the sweets go home with you so you'll be ready for Easter breakfast. This is a hands-on, labor intensive class. We will provide all the class ingredients, packaging materials, recipes and lunch.
