Cake Flavors:

White: Classic.

Marble: Best of both worlds. White and Chocolate flavors swirled together.

Chocolate: Classic.

Almond: Ground almonds add great texture. Mona and Emily's favorite!

Banana: Nuts available upon request. Try alternating it with chocolate cake!

Chocolate Amaretto: Chocolate cake infused with Amaretto liquor.

White Chambord: White cake infused with Raspberry liquor.

Mocha: A hint of coffee flavor added to our chocoate cake.

Chocolate Hazelnut 

Lemon: Bright and refreshing! Try it with our raspberry filling!

Orange: Another great citrus flavor.

Orange Chocolate: Orange flavor added to our chocolate cake.

Raspberry

Coconut: Sweetened coconut flakes are incorporated throughout our white cake.

Carrot: Nuts and raisins optional.

Spice: Great fall flavor. Often paired with cream cheese filling.

Apple: A spice base with apples throughout.

Date Nut: An old-fashioned flavor that we go "nuts" over. Sue's favorite!

Filling Flavors

White Icing: Our signature icing. Very smooth and light. Similar to a whipped cream in texture and taste.

Chocolate Creme Icing: Smooth and light. "Mousse-like" in taste, light beige-brown in color.

Ganache: A rich, fudgy mixture of chocolate and creme..

Bavarian Creme: Custard.

We ask for a minimum of one week notice for most cake orders.

Sculpted cakes and fondant work require at least 3 weeks notice.

We accept only cash and checks.
