After taking a cake decorating class in the early 90’s, Sue Johansen had a realization:

The best way to care for her community and spread her ineffable joy was through quality, homemade desserts.

So in 1994 she took a leap and opened the first Wild Flour storefront in Cleveland’s historic Old Arcade…

Our Story

“When should I place my order?”

We require at least 2 weeks notice for custom cake orders. For orders placed with shorter lead times, we offer our signature Wild Flour designs. During busy seasons, or for more intricate designs, we may require more lead time.

However, never hesitate to call—we may be able to fit in a last minute order or have the perfect case cake for you!

Due to current order volume and staffing, we are only taking basic cupcake orders. Please see here or call for more information.
